If you love Indian food and cook at home often, Costco’s Gopi Paneer is a great find. It’s firm, fresh, and mild in flavor, making it perfect for soaking up all the delicious spices in a dish. We always grab a pack when we’re at Costco because it comes in two separate packages, which makes it super convenient—use one now, save one for later. We mostly use it for palak paneer, and it turns out amazing every time!

    Taste and Texture

This paneer is firm but not too dense, so it holds its shape well when cooked. It’s got a smooth, slightly chewy texture, and it soaks up the flavors of any sauce really well. It’s not salty or tangy like some other paneers, which I appreciate because it lets the spices in the dish shine. Whether you’re frying it, simmering it in a sauce, or just tossing it into a curry, it stays soft and creamy without falling apart.

    How We Use It

    • Palak Paneer – Our favorite way to use this! It soaks up the spinach and spices perfectly.
    • Tikka-style – Marinate in spices and grill or pan-fry for a delicious appetizer.
    • Paneer Butter Masala – Rich, creamy, and a total comfort meal.
    • Scrambled paneer – A quick and easy Indian-style breakfast.

    Final Verdict

This is the best paneer option I’ve found at Costco. It’s mild, creamy, and holds up beautifully in any dish. If you make Indian food at home, this is a must-have. The two-pack is super convenient, and the quality is consistently great.
