    Costco Stuffed Bell Peppers Review

Let me tell you, Costco’s Stuffed Bell Peppers are a game-changer. They taste homemade, but I don’t have to do any chopping, stuffing, or baking from scratch. I just pop them in the oven, and boom—dinner is ready. If I’m feeling fancy, I’ll add a side, but honestly, they’re great on their own.

    Taste & Texture

The bell peppers are soft but still have a nice bite—not mushy, not raw, just right. The filling is a perfect mix of seasoned ground beef, rice, and tomato sauce, all packed into a cozy little pepper bowl. The tomato sauce is savory and tangy, tying everything together. Every bite is warm, comforting, and so satisfying.

Its easy to make these Costco stuffed bell peppers. Just pop them in the preheated to 400 degrees oven and cook for about 50-60 minutes. Don't forget to cover the dish with foil before cooking.

    How I Eat Them

    • Straight out of the oven – No need to dress them up.
    • With steamed lentils from Trader Joe’s – Adds extra protein and makes it feel like a complete meal.
    • Topped with extra cheese – Because, why not?
    • Chopped up in a tortilla – A stuffed pepper taco situation, trust me, it works.
    • With a simple side salad – To balance it all out and pretend I’m eating lighter.

    Why They’re a Must-Buy

✔ No work required—just heat and eat.
✔ Tastes like something I actually cooked (but didn’t).
✔ Perfectly cooked peppers—not soggy, not raw.
✔ Filling is flavorful and well-seasoned.
✔ Big enough for a meal, but not too heavy. Really good when paired with the right side!

    Location in Store

Find them in the refrigerated section, near the other pre-made meals like Costco Mac and Cheese, Costco Rotisserie chicken and chicken Alfredo.

    Final Verdict

Costco nailed it with these Stuffed Bell Peppers. They’re easy, delicious, and feel homemade without the work. Whether you eat them as-is or add a side (like Trader Joe’s steamed lentils, my favorite pairing), they make a perfect weeknight meal. I’ll be keeping these stocked in my fridge for sure.

Would I buy them again? Absolutely. Always. Forever.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – Easy, tasty, and totally worth it.
