We’ve tried a lot of sausages from Costco, and this one really stands out. The Teton Waters Ranch Uncured Grass-Fed Beef Polish Sausage has become one of our go-to choices for easy dinners—especially when it’s on sale. It’s not the cheapest sausage in the cooler, but it has clean ingredients, great flavor, and cooks up super fast.

It’s also fully cooked, which makes it one of those “grab-and-go” lifesavers when we’re short on time and energy.
What’s in the Package?
The pack includes 36 oz of sausage, which gives you about 12 good-sized links. These are made with 100% grass-fed beef and are uncured, meaning no added nitrates or nitrites except what naturally occurs in celery juice powder.
The ingredients are simple, clean, and easy to read—no fillers or mystery meat. Just grass-fed beef and a few seasonings like garlic and spices. That alone already makes them a repeat-buy in our house.
Cooking Them Is Super Easy
Since they’re fully cooked, you can heat them any way you want. We usually pan-fry them for a few minutes to get the outside crispy and a little browned. You can also grill them, toss them in the air fryer, or slice them into pasta, rice bowls, or stir-fries.

We’ve even heated them for breakfast and served them with scrambled eggs. My favorite way? Sliced in half lengthwise and crisped up in a pan. So simple, so good.
How They Taste
These sausages have a savory, smoky flavor with just the right amount of seasoning. There’s some garlic and pepper in there, but they’re not spicy. The meat tastes clean and rich, and the texture is juicy and firm, not greasy or rubbery.
They don’t have that heavy, salty feel some sausages do. Just a satisfying, flavorful bite that works with all kinds of meals.
How We Eat Them
We’ve served them in so many different ways. Here are some of our favorite combos:
- With roasted veggies and Artisan Tropic Cassava Strips for a quick dinner
- With Organic Celery Sticks and hummus for lunch
- In a wrap with mustard and sauerkraut
- Chopped into rice bowls or scrambled eggs
They’re great for busy weeknights when you want something filling but don’t feel like doing a lot of prep.
Worth It at Full Price?
These sausages are definitely on the more expensive side, especially compared to something like Kirkland Signature smoked sausages. We always grab a pack when they’re on sale and freeze a few for later.
If clean ingredients are important to you, then they’re worth it. The quality is noticeable, and I feel good about serving them to the kids.

Pros and Cons
What We Love:
✔️ Made with 100% grass-fed beef
✔️ Fully cooked and super quick to heat
✔️ Great smoky, garlicky flavor
✔️ Clean ingredients with no weird fillers
✔️ Versatile and family-friendly
What Could Be Better:
❌ A little pricey when not on sale
Location in Store
You’ll find these in the refrigerated section at Costco, near the other sausages and pre-cooked meats. Ours was shelved right next to the chicken breakfast sausages and kielbasa options.
Final Thoughts
We really like this sausage for quick meals, especially when we want something cleaner than the average hot dog. It’s easy to cook, full of flavor, and works with a lot of different sides and sauces. The only downside is the price—but when it’s on sale, it’s totally worth stocking up.
We keep a pack in the fridge or freezer, and it’s saved dinner more than a few times.
